Bookings are not finalised until payment has been made in full. Once payment has been received, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Once the item has left Worn Once, it is considered a hire. Please see 'cancellations' for our store credit policy.
We strongly advise you to try on the item before hiring, as refunds are not provided for incorrect sizing. All pieces leave Worn Once clean, undamaged and free from stains and rips (unless stated prior to booking).
We currently only offer bank transfer as our form of payment. Online bookings with online card payments will be available soon.
Please note we require photo ID when booking any items with Worn Once.
If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days before your scheduled pick-up day, a store credit for 100% of the hire price will be issued. Store credits are valid for 1 year from your original booking date and can only be used once. If another booking is made using a store credit and cancelled, another store credit will not be issued.
If bookings are cancelled less than 7 days before, a refund or store credit will not be issued.
Address and collection details will be sent to the hirer 24 hours before pick-up.
Please arrive on time to collect the item as collections and try-ons are often back-to-back.
All hires must be returned unwashed. The hire price includes the dry-cleaning fee. Please do not attempt to clean or repair the garment before returning. Minor damages that need repairing will be at the hirer's cost. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the hirer will be required to pay the full retail price of the item, in addition to the hire price. Once the hirer is advised of incurred fees, payment must be paid within 7 days.
General wear and tear is considered when inspecting all returned items.
Failure to pay any incurred fees will result in legal action.
All hires are returned within 2 days after hire. A fee of $10 per day will be charged for each day the item has not been returned after the due date. After 10 days, the item is considered not returned and the hirer will be charged the entire retail price of the item, in addition to the late charges, and will be banned from hiring from Worn Once again. If incurred fees are not paid and the item is still not returned after 10 days, legal action will be taken.
Items are to be left in the returns box at the front gate.
